God's Chosen People Going to Heaven

This might not be important, if you practice Judaism and read the Bible, the Bible refers to you as God's chosen people. That would make me feel pretty special and I don't know if I would even think about joining any other religion. How would you like to be, one of God's chosen people? Sounds good to me, where do I sign up?

I think it's wonderful, that every religion in the world, seems to make theirs, a little more special, than all others. Christians believe that they are special, because their god Jesus, is going to take them to heaven and Jesus tells his followers, that he is the only way.

Wait a minute here is that a direct contradiction in the Bible? God has created a race of Hebrews and made them into his chosen people and if they don't believe in Jesus, they don't get to go to heaven. That doesn't sound like a good rule to follow if you're already one of God's chosen people.

What should I actually believe, the New Testament or the Old Testament?

Now what about Jesus, he was Jewish, wasn't he one of God's chosen people, one of the special, the few and the proud. If Jesus wasn't a Christian, and that's a well known fact, for those of you who don't know this, Jesus was Jewish and he wasn't a Christian. He never referred to himself or his disciples as Christians.

I'm only basing this off the information that is written in the holy book called the Holy Bible. I like so many, don't have any proof, that Jesus actually did anything that the authors of the Bible, suggest that he might have done.

I don't know if it's ever going to make any sense, the people who follow Judaism, are God's chosen people, but they won't get to go to heaven, if Jesus actually was the Messiah.

If you're Jewish and you really believe that you're one of the chosen people, one of the select few from God, I would suggest that you make sure that Jesus wasn't actually the Messiah. How would you feel, if you went up to heaven and stood in front of Jehovah and he said this to you, since you didn't believe, you don't get to go. Ouch, that hurts.
