There's a good chance, that if you are a Christian, you've probably been one your entire life. Have you done anything special or something extraordinary, something that Jesus would be proud of? If you have, are you really sure that he would be proud of what you have done, or even what you're presently doing.

Let's take Jesus’ life and examine it for a moment. He was born to a woman of immaculate conception, should have learned the Old Testament, from his parents, (keep in mind, that the New Testament hasn't been written yet) and was supposedly, the only child that God ever had and he was here for a reason and his journey was to be fulfilled upon his death.

If Christians are supposed to live a life like Christ, and he is suppose to be the ultimate example for what I would consider to be a superior Christian, are you living a life like he lived. Is your purpose the same as his? Are you interested in teaching people about love and forgiveness?

I would like to point something out to any Christian who is reading this article. If your journey doesn't line up with that of your example, how do you actually know that you're on the right path? Isn't Christianity about living a life like Christ?

Now that I've got that out of the way, does any Christian, really know, for a fact and without any doubt, what his journey actually was. If you don't, or you might think that you have a pretty good idea, I would suggest that you start studying the origins of Christianity. This might save you a lot of grief in the future, especially if you're actually going to be a Christian.

Simply being a Christian, doesn't just involve going to church in reading the Bible. You should know about the origins of your religion.
