Does God Actually Exist? - Providing Evidence to Support Your Belief

If I was to ask a Christian if God actually exists, there's a good chance that they would respond with a simple,” Yes.” If I was to ask them to provide me with some simple evidence that would support their beliefs, this could become an uncomfortable situation, very quickly.

I asked my friend Sarah who is a Christian,” Does God actually exist?” She responds with,” Of course he does, you know that I believe in God and go to church on a regular basis, why are you even asking me that.”

I asked my friend John who was also a Christian the same question,” Of course he does, all you need to do is look around and you will see him everywhere.”

I asked my friend Mike the same question,” Yes God exists, you wouldn't be asking that question, if you felt him working through you on a daily basis, like I do and those who believe in him do also.”

The list could go on and on, but none of these responses suggest any form of evidence to support a conclusion from a Christian that God actually does exist. This seems to be one of the biggest problems in religion today.

Even as short as 150 years ago, most people wouldn't even question the existence of God, but today the information is available all over the world. The world is changing and if God wants to change with it, he's going to have to start providing answers to some tough questions, or he could find himself losing his current followers.
