By Gregory B Articles For Christians I would imagine that over 80% of most Christians don't have any idea how Christianity started. The number is probably closer to 95%, but I wanted to be generous in my explanation for the evolution of Christianity. If you're one of the Christians reading this article who has never took the time to research early Christianity or the evolution of Christianity, I would like to suggest something to you right now. Stop reading the Bible and start researching the origins of Christianity. It's a well-known fact among the religious scholars, that there isn't any proof or evidence to support the claim made by Christians that Jesus was actually a God or some sort of advanced human being. Nobody knows what he looks like, where he was actually born or even what day he was born. The Theory of Evolution, by Charles Darwin, starts from a single cell animal and works its way up to a more complicated animal called man. In Christianity, it starts with a Jewish person named Jesus who performed miracles, only later to become one of the most powerful symbols, in the largest religion in the world. But most Christians rarely take the time to study early Christianity and the evolution of Christianity. It started with Jesus, but human beings took it to the next level. There's the Catholic Church in Rome, the Knights of the Templar, the Illuminati, and the combined power of all of the other Christian denominations on the planet today. If you consider yourself to be a practicing Christian, and don't know anything about early Christianity, I would like you to take some time to start studying. Where did it all start and how did it get so big? |
