Let's See Who's God Is More Powerful

I propose a challenge, between the two largest religions in the world, that would be the Muslims and the Christians. Here's what I'm suggesting and I don't think it will require any guns, maybe a couple of shovels, a little bit of praying and some potting soil. Here's my plan and I think it could save us a lot of trouble in the future.

In the Old Testament, God did quite a few things to show his followers, how powerful he was, but he hasn't spoken to anyone or performed any miracles in public, lately. The Muslims also have their own miraculous stories and according to Qur’an, an angel told Mohammed what to write in the Qur’an and that's how their religion was actually founded.

Anyway I came out with a pretty good idea, and I think that the followers who are relying entirely on faith, might like it. Let's see who's God is more powerful, the God of the Old Testament will be in corner number one and we will call him Jehovah. The Muslim God, will be standing in corner number two and we will refer to him as Allah.

We will plant two equal sized bushes, one of them will be planted in Allah's corner and the other in Jehovah's corner. Each one of these plants will have equal amounts of water and will be living in the same soil.

We will take five religious leaders from each religion and they will be allowed to pray, 24 hours a day, to simply prove a point, whose god is better. Their prayers will be used to influence the rate of growth for each Bush and at the end of the year, the larger Bush, wins.

There won't be any more debates about whose religion is right, the winner, is the religion who has the largest bush and the other religion will be destroyed, forever.

Christians often answer the harder questions that I ask with,” you need to believe or have faith.” I accept your challenge, this experiment could require a lot of faith.
