God's Gift of Reason - Only the Chosen Understand

Whatever your religious beliefs are, there's a good chance that you won't argue with the fact, that you have a mind and have the ability to reason things out. Whether you want to give God the credit, for your gift of reason or blame him for the problems in your life, there is one thing that's clear, you do have the ability to reason, but do you have the ability to rationalize logic.

If you really believe that God truly gave you the gift of reason, this shouldn't limit your thinking. Our thinking is limited, when we start to believe that we are right and the moment that this happens, everyone else is going to be perceived as wrong. The minute that you can reasonably rationalize your beliefs as the only truth, you could find yourself, excluding other thoughts or philosophy.

Here's an example of what I'm talking about. The God of Christianity, created the earth in seven days. This is also the same God of the Jewish faith and you're going to find this hard to believe, this is also the God who the Muslims believe in.

How can three religions who share the same original creator, have such a different view of religion? How can you use the gift of reason to formulate an intelligent or educated belief, that these religions are completely different? Their Creator and the original God of all three of these religions is the same entity.

Here's what the gift of reason has done to three religions from the same father. It would be the same as if three brothers, from the same father, through a temper tantrum and decided that their beliefs are going to separate the brothers, but keep the father.

Each of the three brothers, will love and honor their father, they will pray to him and show him great respect, at the same time they will quarrel amongst each other, for eternity.

It doesn't make sense, but we can look at history and our present religious beliefs and this is what these three religions are doing. Each of these three religions has extremely intelligent people within their organization, but it's almost like they have blinders on.

So let me get this right, there is one God and three religions share him. These three religions fight amongst each other, while praying for forgiveness, while asking God for hope.

I think I finally understand it, these people have the gift of reason from God, and once I have it, I will understand. Once I understand, I will be able to pick up my sword and start fighting, like they do.
