	We Should Have a Government Warning on Every Bible
	By Greg Vanden Berge Articles For Christians Every once in a while, I come up with an idea that is simply brilliant and I often amaze myself. We should have a government warning on every Bible and every other religious text book around the world. I know, you wish that you thought of it first and you can't wait to write your Congressman, Senator or even the President of the United States. If you think about it, on every cigarette package there is a warning from the Surgeon General to protect unsuspecting users of that particular product. It warns cigarette smokers to avoid using this product, because they have been known to cause health related problems. This makes sense to me, if you're a young kid and you really haven't decided whether you want to smoke cigarettes or not, this government warning could influence you and make you think twice before using the product. Most people agree that this is good for our fellow mankind and humanity and I agree with them. That's why I'm suggesting today, that we put warning labels on every single Bible and religious text book as soon as possible. It could say something like this,” This book has been known to cause suicide, murder, stress, anxiety, fear, nightmares, phobias and has a tendency to limit some people's ability to think properly.” This is just a starter for government warning programs and can be suggested to most congressmen and government leaders. Feel free to change or adapt this particular government warning to fit different religious organizations as necessary.
