The Honest Truth from Christian Leaders

By Gregory B  Articles For Christians

I'm truly not talking about every Christian leader, when I mention the honest truth from them. If you're seeking the truth about Christianity and possibly the Holy Bible, your church leaders might not be the ones, who can provide you with this information.

It seems like most Christian leaders are afraid that their jobs could be at risk, if they were to provide honest answers to the congregation. It's almost like they go out of their way to hide the truth from anyone that is interested in it.

Try to keep something in mind here, if your church leaders, relying on their religious organization or your church, to provide their family with financial support, they might know the truth, they might even have their own questions about Christianity, but their jobs are at risk here. If they fear losing their jobs, you might not want to push too hard with these questions.

If you doubt that I'm telling you the truth or don't believe me and view your church leaders as honest and caring people, I would like you to ask them a couple of questions.

1. Where did God really come from?

2. How many prophecies about the Messiah, were changed?

3. Do you have any satisfactory scientific proof or evidence to support most of the claims made in the Bible.

Most Christian leaders, will answer the third question with a simple,” Yes “and maybe throw in,” Of course I can.” Now I'm talking about the honest truth here, I'm not talking about someone telling you that they're telling you the truth and you don't need to question them, about it.

I'm talking about having them provide you with some sort of us evidence that a scientist, would find to be satisfactory. It's sad, but most of them can't support biblical scripture, and will often tell you that you need to believe, but that's not going to be good enough in the future.

If you really want to get to the bottom of the problem with Christianity as a religion, you're going to have to ask some tough questions to some important people. Try not to let them intimidate you either.

If you can't ask them the questions in public, try writing a letter and mailing it to them with a self-addressed envelope, to provide them with any easy way to return their answers.
