This is a tough question to answer, so bear with me while I muddle my way through it and try to make some sense out of it. The first thing that we're going to need to look at, is the parents of Jesus and then we can decide whether he did or didn't have brothers or sisters.

Who was Jesus’ mother? Most people who follow Christianity or have read anything about Jesus and the Bible or other books in history, can easily reference a woman named Mary as Jesus’ mother, but the problem isn't his mother, it's his father.

The biggest problem to answering this question is going to be pinpointing who Jesus’ father actually was. Was it God the Creator of the universe and the creator of everything or was it Joseph, the husband of Mary?

I'm going to go out on the limb with this one. I'm going to have to suggest that Jesus’ father was Joseph, since there isn't any proof that God the creator of everything was. If you know how babies are made, there is a good chance that you will support my conclusion.

If we can come to agreement and suggest that Jesus’ father was actually Joseph and we accept the Bible as the truth, Jesus did have brothers and sisters. It doesn't state how many brothers and sisters he actually had, it just states that he did have brothers and sisters.

If we don't believe that Joseph was the father of Jesus and we believe everything in the Bible is true, God would be the father of Jesus and if that was the case, he wouldn't have any brothers and sisters, because it doesn't state anything like that in the Bible.

In other words, like most biblical scripture, you can answer this question in a variety of ways. If you want to believe that Jesus’ dad was God, you can find Bible scriptures to support this claim. If you choose Joseph as Jesus’ father, you can find these claims in the Bible.

If you're looking for some sort of satisfactory evidence, you're probably not going to find any. There isn't any evidence to support these claims, either way.
