You Must Do What God Tells You to Do

If you believe in God, there's a good chance that you have some sort of religious rules to follow and these are usually located within the instruction booklet that God has provided for you. These instructions, shouldn't contradict themselves, should be easy to comprehend and should provide a followers with valuable advice on how to live a good and moral life.

Does this sound like the religious text that your religious organization follows? If it does, I'm here to suggest to you, “That you must do what God tells you to do.” Think about this for a moment, if your religious text or instruction booklet, tells you to do something, and you don't, how good of a religious follower, would your God consider you to be.

With that said, I would like to suggest that any one, who believes in any religion, should buy an extra book about their religion and highlight all of the instructions within it. You can always make a simple rule list and hang it on your refrigerator or in your bedroom.

If your religious text tells you that you don't have to do everything that God tells you to do, make sure that you are extremely clear and understand exactly what this text is talking about. If you're not allowed to eat certain foods, watch certain television programs, visit the homes of nonbelievers, purchase products outside of your religion, or any other thing that your religious book specifies, you shouldn't be doing it, you shouldn't be doing it.

I often run into religious people, that make suggestions to me about things that I should do in my life, but they rarely seem to take their own advice. Let alone, follow the laws written in their religious text.

I don't know if I would consider these people to be hypocrites, but they definitely don't do what their God is telling them to do. If you're going to believe in a particular religion, make a solid choice and stand by that decision. This will require you to do everything that your religious book of rules, tells you to do. If you're not interested in following the rules that your God made, quit proclaiming yourself to be something that you're not.

In other words, make a conscious choice to belong to your religion and support what it stands for or find another system to follow.
